Last Updated: May 20261. Program OverviewThe NESH Affiliate Program allows approved partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring customers who purchase the NESH Practitioner License. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.
2. Commission Structure- Affiliates earn $85 USD per qualified sale.
- A qualified sale is a completed purchase made through your unique referral link or code.
- Sales that are refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent are not eligible for commission.
3. Payment Terms (Net 15 Monthly Cycle)Commissions are paid
once per month, on the
15th, for all sales made during the
previous calendar month.
This is a
Net 15 monthly payout schedule, meaning:
- You earn commissions during a calendar month
- You are paid on the 15th of the following month
Examples
- June 1–30 sales → paid July 15
- July 1–31 sales → paid August 15
- August 1–31 sales → paid September 15
Payment MethodPayments are issued manually via PayPal.
NESH uses PromoteKit to manage the affiliate partner program. PromoteKit requires a PayPal email for signup, but you do not need a PayPal account to participate. If you don’t have PayPal, you can still receive payouts — PayPal will notify you to claim the payment, or you may request an alternate payout method.
PromoteKit tracks commissions but does not process payouts. All payouts are handled directly by NESH.
Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payout details accurate and up to date.
4. Affiliate ResponsibilitiesAffiliates agree to:
- Promote NESH honestly and accurately
- Avoid misleading claims or unethical marketing practices
- Follow all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure rules
- Clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from referrals
5. Prohibited ActivitiesAffiliates may
not:
- Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive tactics
- Misrepresent themselves as NESH or claim to speak on behalf of the company
- Use paid ads bidding on NESH trademarks or brand terms
- Engage in any behavior that harms the reputation of NESH
6. TerminationNESH may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violating these terms or engaging in harmful behavior. Affiliates may leave the program at any time by providing written notice.
7. Modification of TermsNESH may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Independent Contractor StatusAffiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, or joint‑venture relationship.
9. Limitation of LiabilityNESH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
10. AcceptanceBy joining the NESH Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
